SERVICING, CONTRACTS & CALIBRATION
LabPlant UK looks after your analytical instrumentation, either “when you need it”, or with an arranged service contract.
If you’re based in mainland England, or anywhere in the UK, we can arrange for an expert engineer to visit you onsite.
Alternatively, you can also send the equipment requiring the service or calibration to LabPlant’s Yorkshire headquarters, if applicable.
Service Contracts
LabPlant can tailor service contracts to minimise breakdowns and reduce customer downtime, saving you money in the process and ensuring your operations run smoothly.
A fortnight before your service is due, we’ll send existing contracts a scheduled reminder and quote, to help keep you on top of your equipments servicing and calibration.
Whilst providing service contracts for scheduled equipment maintance and calibration, LabPlant can also look into price-matching their contract quotes for existing clients on mainland England.
LabPlant also offers routine services and deliveries as part of their service contracts.
For consumables, such as reference standards, if you need to calibrate certain instrumentation at certain points of the year, LabPlant provides a quote when this is due, saving you time and streamlining your operations. LabPlant can also arrange for other consumables like chemicals, vials, or other laboratory components to be delivered at the start of each month so you’re never left short.
Calibration, Servicing & Repair
LabPlant provides a reliable and efficient calibration, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair service for a vast range of laboratory test equipment from many manufacturers.
All work is performed in accordance with and traceable to national standards through BS EN IS0 9001:2008, with LabPlant’s operations accredited internally to ISO 9001:2015 – ensuring quality and due dilligence when it comes to confirming your equipment is up to spec.
Calibration
We can provide Calibrations as and when they’re due, or can arrange this to be done yearly. Depending on the location and quantity, we may send our engineer to you, or request you send the equipment due for calibration via courier to us (if applicable).
Servicing & Repair
Our expert engineers are here to help. For glassware, we can help with minor breaks and fractures, and also provide a bespoke laboratory glassware creation service.

Spray Dryer Servicing
Our Spray Dryers come with a one-year warranty. If you require the warranty to span over a longer period of time, please let the LabPlant UK team know when requesting for quote and we may be able to arrange this. The maximum amount we can extend it to is 3 years.
LabPlant UK Spray Dryers are incredibly reliable machines. If you do, however, have any issues, we are able to help troubleshoot this remotely, whether you’re based in the UK or abroad.
