As the UK distributor for Wiggens laboratory equipment we offer their range of Strike rotary laboratory, large capacity and industrial evaporators.
The Strike rotary evaporators combine excellent operating characteristics and high performance levels, all in an ergonomic design, offering excellent separation, concentration and purification solutions. All Functions can be viewed and monitored on the large and clear touch screen display, the parameters can be set by touch screen, the turning knob or using both the same time for fast adjustment, the user can reduce the process time by using the programs for automatic distillation with the integrated temperature controller, vacuum controller, timer, and other special features. The evaporation flask is connected to vapor tube via coupling ring for easy fixing and removal of the flask, and the flask ejector design allows you to remove the sticking flasks from vapor tube in easy and way by just turning the ejector.
STRIKE100 & STRIKE20
STRIKE100 is a large capacity Rotary Evaporator born for the chemistry and designed for any industrial process need.
3.3 borosilicate glass and PTFE allow aggressive substances treatment.
Works efficiently both under vacuum or any ambient conditions. 50 or 100 L evaporation flask rotation results in a forced convection and homogenous liquid distribution, preventing sedimentation.
High evaporating exchange surface is guaranteed. The sealing system ensures perfect vacuum tightness and maintenance‐free operations. Glassware can be customized to meet any client specific needs.
STRIKE20 is a 20L Rotary Evaporator (i.e. Rotovap) designed for industrial evaporation and R&D purposes suiting all the process phases.
3.3 borosilicate glass and PTFE allow solvent concentration or purification also with aggressive solvent.
Works efficiently both under vacuum and any ambient conditions. 6, 10 or 20L evaporation flask rotation results in a forced convection and homogenous liquid distribution, preventing sedimentation while ensuring high evaporation exchange surface. The sealing system enables perfect vacuum tightness. No maintenance needed.

SAFETY
Strike 20 and Strike 100 Rotary Evaporators protect against any risks during operations.
Strike 100 heating bath is covered with a transparent shield providing utmost protection against glass breakage and spray at high temperature. Lifted by means of a hydraulic system which, in case of power failure or doors opening, lowers automatically to prevent liquid overheating, and the evaporation process will immediately stop.
Rupture disk prevents glassware breakage in case of accidental overpressure or malfunctioning.
Plastic coated glassware is not needed.
Strike 100’s 8Kw electric heater ensures continuous evaporation even under the worst operating conditions.
KNF Rotary Evaporator RE 212 FW-G
Efficiency and Simplicity Combined
The KNF RE 212 FW-G Rotary Evaporator offers a convenient user interface and its compact design makes efficient use of laboratory bench space.
Easy manual height adjustment makes operation both simple and safe.
For applications such as powder drying and suspensions, the evaporation flask can be rotated clockwise or counter-clockwise.
Furthermore, two heating baths are available: a standard water heating bath and an optional oil heating bath. A protective cover is available separately for added safety.
